USRA Junior Program (.22 Rifle)
Announcing the 1997 USRA Junior Program. This program is open to any youth between the ages of 12 and 18. A special youth membership will be available for participants in this program only. The fee for the membership will be $8.00 which includes a full membership including the subscription to the US Handgunner. The program will run in the same manner as our .22 caliber leagues (ten weeks, 10 shooters max per team, 5 high count). All shooters will receive an award regardless of their scores or averages. The point of this program is to encourage the sport of shooting. Both team and individual standings will be kept and recorded. All shooters can expect to see their names and averages printed in The Handgunner along with the teams. If you are unable to get at least five shooters, you can still sign up and compete on the individual scores only. A free raffle will also be held, details will follow.
