While the cost of expanding the old range looks to be unachievable presently, the executive board and building committee has investigated and made recommendations for renovations of the range to include a new granular back stop, new shooting booths, a new target carrier system and new baffles.
Additional work discussed includes renovation of the bathrooms, much needed new electrical in the building and a new roof. Cost for the backstop, target carrier and baffles is just under $500,000. This issue will be discussed at the next member’s meeting on May 11 at 7 PM. Member input is important.
